1. Cancellation Requests Before Shipment
You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status. Orders can move into fulfillment quickly, especially around the daily cutoff time of 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Email info@chicfurni.shop with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will confirm whether cancellation can be completed.
3. After Shipment: No Cancellations
Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and then request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Address Changes
If you need to update the shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes are treated similarly to cancellation requests and are not guaranteed once an order enters processing or shipment.
