1. Shipping Area & Delivery Eligibility

We ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders of $90 or more ship free. Orders under $90 have a flat $10 shipping fee, shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be handled on the next business day.

4. Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment. “Processing” includes order verification, warehouse handling, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

5. Transit Time After Shipment

After your order ships, typical transit time is 3–5 business days. Transit time is an estimate and begins once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

6. Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers depending on the delivery address, package size, and operational considerations.

7. Tracking & Delivery Updates

When available, tracking information is provided after your order ships. Delivery scans and estimated arrival dates are managed by the carrier and may update as the package moves through the network.

8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an address provided at checkout.

9. Changes & Cancellations (Before and After Shipment)

Before shipment: You may request a cancellation or an address change, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible because orders may enter processing quickly. If your order is already being prepared or has been handed to a carrier, we may be unable to stop shipment.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please follow our return process after delivery (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos (product, packaging, and shipping label). We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. For eligible cases, we will cover return shipping or handle it based on the situation.

11. Delays & Service Disruptions

Shipping and delivery timelines can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, peak seasons, address issues, and other events outside our control. While we aim to ship within the stated processing timeframe, we do not guarantee delivery dates.
