1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using chicfurni.shop (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activities conducted under your account.
3. Product Information and Availability
We strive to describe products accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary due to device settings. Product availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or refuse orders in our discretion.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Displayed Charges
All product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. We do not add additional taxes at checkout. Any shipping fee (if applicable) is shown during checkout before you submit payment.
5. Payment Acknowledgments
We accept Visa and Mastercard. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including product price and any shipping fee. Payment authorization and settlement timing may depend on your card issuer.
6. Shipping & Delivery Terms
We ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally. Orders of $90 or more ship free; orders under $90 have a flat $10 shipping fee.
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Processing time is 1–3 business days. After shipment, typical transit time is 3–5 business days. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Cancellations
Before shipment: You may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For verified defects, wrong items, or damage reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, we will cover return shipping or handle it based on the situation.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are generally non-refundable except as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Limited Warranty (Arrival Issues)
Our limited warranty coverage for arrival issues is described in our Limited Warranty page. Claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, introduce malware, or use the Site for unlawful activities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHICFURNI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL CHICFURNI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Chicfurni harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
