1. What This Limited Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty is focused on arrival-related issues. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a remedy if you notify us within the timeframe below.
2. Claim Window (48 Hours) and Required Documentation
All arrival-issue claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. This timeframe helps us verify delivery condition and, when applicable, work with carriers.
3. Possible Resolutions
After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution based on the situation. Depending on the issue, this may include replacement parts, a replacement item, a return for refund, or another reasonable remedy.
4. Return Shipping for Verified Issues
For verified defects, wrong items, or damage reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, we will cover return shipping or handle it based on the situation.
5. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or accidents. It also does not cover dissatisfaction not related to a verified defect or arrival issue (those requests fall under our standard returns process).
6. Relationship to Returns & Refunds
Return requests for reasons unrelated to verified arrival issues must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality returns. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
