1. Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
2. How much is shipping?
Orders of $90 or more ship free. Orders under $90 have a flat $10 shipping fee, shown at checkout.
3. What is your order cutoff time?
6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after the cutoff (or on weekends/holidays) are processed on the next business day.
4. How long does processing take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
5. How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time after shipment is typically 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.
6. Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.
7. Will I get tracking information?
When available, tracking is provided after your order ships. Carrier scan updates may take time to appear.
8. Do you charge sales tax at checkout?
Product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. We do not add additional taxes at checkout.

10. Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: You may request a cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
11. What is your return window?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
Non-quality returns: the customer pays return shipping. Quality issues/wrong item/damage: if verified and reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, we will cover return shipping or handle it based on the situation.
13. How fast are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
14. My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and determine the next steps.
